Gather
at the Cross
Read Isaiah 51, the whole
chapter and Isaiah 52: 1-2.
Taking Coos County for Jesus
Planting seed and taking our communities one moment at
a time. "Gathering at the Cross" is a time at the bay to encourage,
influence, and build believers and unbelievers in a deeper understanding
of God's love in Christ Jesus. We will take Coos County as well as
the entire state of Oregon for Christ and this is just the beginning.
Come and join us each year to destroy the works of the devil and usher
in the Kingdom of God. We held our first annual event July 13-18,
2009 (see pictures below) on Sunset Bay and on Bastendorff Beach, both near Charleston, OR.
We held our second annual event July 12-17, 2010
(see pictures below) on Bastendorff Beach.
Come for a time of relaxation, camping, fun,
fellowship, and glorifying Jesus Christ for 5
days next year on Sunset Beach, past Charleston, OR on Cape Argo Hwy.
Let us know if you want to join us. We will have
times of Worship and Prayer on the beach a couple times during the week.
A Call to Prayer and Vision

30+ gathered on the beach at the appointed
time. |
We prayed for and ministered to several,
including a lady down from Seattle, WA who had just spread her
mother's and her aunt's ashes in the ocean, and a guy bound by
alcohol for over 30 years was set free. We praise God for
these! |
Evangelist William Hayes got things started
with prayer and a reading from Isaiah, claiming the coastlands
and all of Oregon for Jesus! |
We sang several songs and praised God for
quite some time.

We all knelt in prayer and interceded for the
people in this Coos Bay/Charleston area. |
| Pentecost is back, but not on
the street level just as in Christ's time. Now that we
have taken the territory and believe the promises of God for
this area, we will now be going in throughout the next few years
in street festivals, activities, and reaching the lost with the
Word of God and through signs and wonders and demonstrations of
the power of the Holy Spirit. |

Bastendorff Beach
Isaiah 51:5-6: My righteousness is near, My salvation has
gone forth, and my arms will judge the peoples; the
coastlands will wait for Me, and for My arm they will wait
expectantly. 6 "Lift up your eyes to the sky, then look to
the earth beneath; for the sky will vanish like smoke, and the
earth will wear out like a garment and its inhabitants will die
in like manner; but My salvation will be forever, and My
righteousness will not wane." Isaiah 52:1-2:
Awake, awake, clothe yourself in your strength, O Zion; clothe
yourself in your beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy city;
for the uncircumcised and the unclean will no longer come into
you. 2 Shake yourself from the dust, rise up, O captive
Jerusalem; loose yourself from the chains around your neck, O
captive daughter of Zion. |
